q: How much is delivery?

The cost of delivery varies on the type of product and can be seen on the cart page or checkout. Products that we offer FREE UK delivery on will be clearly shown on the product page.

All costs are always clearly visible on our cart and checkout page, if you can't see the shipping cost please contact us and we will get a quote for you.

q: How long will my order take?

All products will show an estimated stock status with an approximate estimated delivery time next to it, for example ETA 1-2 Working Days, this is the time it usually takes for the product to arrive to you from us. Should our data be incorrect or surpass the time indicated we will contact you within 24 hours with an update. If you need something urgent please contact us.

q: Which couriers do you use?

Small orders will be sent out via Royal Mail recorded delivery meaning a signature is required, larger items are usually sent out by various couriers - typically DPD however independent pallet companies maybe used for larger items.

q: Will I get updated on my order when it gets dispatched?

You will be updated upon dispatch via email or text (courier dependant). Once an order has been dispatched as our system will generate an automatic email with the relevant tracking information so you can track your order.

q: Do you keep everything in stock?

Not all of our products live under the same roof, while we keep a high amount of products in stock directly at our Rival Warehouse we do rely on other distribution networks for products. Remember to take note of our stock statuses to give you a better understanding of estimated lead times. If you need something urgently please contact us first before ordering.

q: Why can't I see my tracking information?

Tracking information may not be live until later in the evening once couriers scan in your parcel at their local depot.
