Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted for all items that are not custom made. Example, coilovers with custom spring rates.

If you wish to return your order you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, if your return is accepted you then have an addtional 14 days to return your order to us. If you exceed this time frame we can not accept your return.

The item(s) you're returning must be in the original packaging, completely un-used. Damaged, marked or opened packaging will result in a refund being denied. The item(s) must be sent back to us just as we sent them to you. This applies to the item(s) only and excludes the packaging we use to pack your order.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. In some cases we may waive the restocking fee or cap it.

The restocking fee is calculated by total order value, minus shipping costs, minus discount codes, then minus the restocking fee of 20%.

If an item qualifies for free delivery we will deduct our postage costs that we have incurred.

If you decide to cancel your order with us prior to it being dispatched you will be eligble for a refund providing the item is not made to order or custom. This excludes items that are on out for delivery to you - for this please see our RETURNS section.

As per CMA guidelines we are legally allowed to charge a fair cancellation fee, this is to recover losses incurred from payment fees and admin costs that we incur.

These fees are shown below:
Admin = 1% of total order (example £50 order, we will deduct 50p)
Paypal = 2.9% + 30p of total order. (example £50 order, we will deduct £1.75)
Stripe (Debit/Credit Card = 1.4% + 20p  of total order.  (example £50 order, we will deduct 90p)

Unfortunately we can not waiver any transaction fees as we are charged the moment any order is processed.
