The T7Design 5kw Midi Heater is one of the best race car heaters on the market and is ideally suited to race cars requiring long lengths of ducting or for those where cabin heating is necessary.
Designed with flexibility in mind.
Features a centrifugal fan with 3 speed option and water valve to isolate the flow within the engine bay.
The total typical weight reduction over a OEM heating system can be in excess of 4kg!

Expectations:
- Small Track Cars - This heater provides a serious heat output easily demisting any areas on small, kit and classic cars.
- Medium/Large Track Cars - This heater is powerful enough to operate as a heating and demister in larger applications. Directing 2 outlets to under the dash and the other 2 outlets to the windscreen provide a very powerful heat and demist function. Perfectly suited to the endurance enthusiasts who require a powerful heater.
We recommend the following additional items in order for this to be a complete kit:
- 4 Position T7Design Switch - This is to switch the race car heater on & off along with 3 speed settings
- T7Design Heater Control Valve Rotary Switch - This is needed to connect to the brass heater valve & controls the amount of heat needed
- Bowden Cable - This links the T7Design Heater Control Valve Rotary Switch to the brass heater valve and the cable length depends on application fitting
- T7Design Heater Hose Bulkhead Adaptor - The adaptor size depends on the factory water hose/pipe that goes from the engine bay to the bulkhead
- 5/8” (16mm) T7Design Heater Hose - This is to connect the race car heater to the bulk head adaptor
- 2" (51mm) T7Design Ducting - This is to connect to the 2" air/demister vents
- 2" Air/Demister Vents - This heater allows up to 4 vents in total
