OMP Steel Base Mount Seat Subframes are fabricated in 3mm laser cut steel, with a black powder coated finish & OMP logos.
THIS SUBFRAME IS NOT SIDED AND FITS BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGER SIDE.
Seat subframes bolt into the cars floor pan using the OEM seat mounting holes and fixture points. Once installed, the subframe becomes a solid, flat platform for an aftermarket seat to be mounted to.
Can be used with other non OMP branded seats and seat mounting products, although some modifications may be required when using non OMP branded products.
Base mounted seats can bolt directly to the subframe, and side mounted seats can be mounted to the subframe via the use of universal side mounts.
Meets MSA & FIA recommendations with regard to their construction, and is strongly recommended to use bolts that are 8.8 tensile strength rated or greater.
