Description

Hel Performance Thermostatic Oil Filter Sandwich Plates allow the user to route the oil cooler hoses either straight or at a 45 degree angle, which is useful in tight engine bays where there isn't much room to route the oil hose lines.

Equipped with reliable built-in thermostat that prevents oil flowing to the cooler until the oil temperature reaches 82°C (179°F). This allows the oil to reach operating temperature quicker and gives extra protection in cold climates.

Includes x1 M20 or 3/4" threaded sandwich plate adapter bolt for an easy installation, which is suitable for 95% of European and Japanese cars that have an external oil filter.

Features 4x oil ports, 2x for oil cooler feed & return, and the other 2x ports can allow sensors such as oil pressure and oil temperature to be used, if not being blanked off.

Manufactured from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminium and finished in a hard-wearing anodised black.

Kit contents:

  • 4x Oil Ports
  • Built-in Thermostat - 82°C (179°F)
  • 1x Sandwich Plate Adaptor Bolt (3/4" UNF or M20x1.50)
  • 2x AN10 Male Adapters (to run hose from the sandwich plate to the oil cooler)
  • 2x 1/8"NPT Adaptors (can be used as sensor ports for oil temperature/pressure)
  • 2x AN10 Blanks (can be used to blank off unused ports)
