However, please note that each product and brand may differ in terms of stock availability, and stock statuses shown on the product page may not always reflect real-time availability.
In the event that you are in a rush for your product, we advise that you call us. Not all stock is located in the same warehouse, and we are reliant on third-party suppliers. Our team can help you identify the quickest way to get your item.
Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to factors beyond our control. From couriers to customs, we cannot always predict or prevent delays. In these cases, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused.
For smaller items, we use Royal Mail First or Second Class, depending on the item. For larger items or items of higher value, we use courier services, typically DPD. You will receive a tracking number and a one-hour time slot for your delivery.
