Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We at Rival Motorsport are committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional service. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition will not be accepted.
  • Returns without prior authorisation (RMA) will not be processed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Rival Motorsport is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
  • Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for items returned in less-than-perfect condition or due to customer error.
  • Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Klarna) will not be refunded unless the error is on our part.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at support@rivalmotorsport.co.uk with your order number.

  • Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full minus processing fees.
  • Custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • By purchasing custom items, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or cancelled due to their bespoke or custom nature:

  • Bespoke Products: Custom-made items such as braided brake/clutch lines or custom brake discs.
  • Seibon Carbon Products: Manufactured on a per-order basis with extended lead times.
  • Ex-Display or Clearance Items: Sold as-is and non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  • Do not sign for the delivery if the package is visibly damaged. Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For faulty items, contact us at support@rivalmotorsport.co.uk with photos and a description of the fault.

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
