Delivery Times

At Rival Motorsport, we thrive on our quick payment to delivery turnaround. Orders made before 14:30 will have delivery processed on the same working day (Mon - Fri). For any custom orders, we will notify you of the expected time period.

In the event of of any damage or loss inflicted due to an unavoidable delay in delivery, Rival Motorsport will not be held liable. In order to guarantee next day delivery, contact our warehouse team to ensure the product is on our shelves or our partners.

Stock Status

Please note, delivery times may vary depending on which warehouse the product is located.

Should any products be incorrectly labelled as in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and offer a full refund, an honest ETA or an alternative product with some additional Rival goodies.

Tracked/Recorded Delivery

All orders will be delivered by a reputable courier service. All purchases will be provided with tracking information to follow your parcel from one of our warehouses to your door.

If you are absent for your delivery, you will be provided with an information card of the closest depot to pick your item(s). Proof of ID will be required.

Should your item overstay its time limit in the depot and be returned to us, you will not be refunded for postage and will be charged for the resend. State of Delivery It is your responsibility to refuse delivery should your product be damaged in transit. Should you suspect the product is damaged by the condition of the package, Rival Motorsport will fully respect your decision to not sign for the item and have it sent back to our warehouse. If the delivery is signed for, Rival Motorsport can not be held accountable for the damages as it alleviates responsibility of the courier.

Delivery to EU

Orders shipped to the EU typically take 3-5 days depending on the product and availability.

Orders shipped vary on location, if you require an ETA please message us and we will inform you of an accurate ETA.
